Good value
Very nice hotel. Food was very good with a large variety , nice kids area, with many things. Hotel is not very big which makes it better. Most staff are very friendly and helpful
The bar hours are a bit narrow. Kids activities could improve, you can't really count on them. Not very efficient receptionist and I didn't appreciate that at the end of the stay the pressure you giving them a 10 in booking

Exceptional
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They pampered us with two rooms with patios away from the noise of the pool and hotel, extended our check-out to 4pm from 1pm, and they gave us a beautiful welcome gift of chocolates and nuts, cut up fresh fruit, Bamba and wine. They really made us feel VIP. The food was fantastic with such an excellent variety every meal and lots of veg options available. They even had sushi and cocktails Friday night when entering the dinning room for dinner. There is always food available between the poolside bar with ice cream and drinks, to cake and late night snacks by the indoor sports bar. The location of the hotel was great, being only a 7 minute walk to the boardwalk and 5 minutes to the Ice Mall. There are 24 hours convenience stores directly next to the hotel should you need easy access to snacks, water or other necessities. Parking is available and exclusive for patrons, which is not something that is readly an option for hotels in Eilat. There was also a really great and entertaining Brazilian acrobatic dance group for poolside entertainment. I would highly recommend this hotel for those looking for a great family get-away that is all inclusive and extremely affordable, with wonderful food and a great location to main attractions.
The utensils and cups in the dinning room were many a time not fully cleaned/ cleaned properly and especially need to improve the cleaning and drying of glassware.

Leonardo Privilege wedding anniversary stay
We spent our 22nd wedding anniversary at the hotel. It was a great all round experience, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was tasty and well presented. We will definitely be back
My only complaints would be the gym which was very basic and the television which had poor picture and sound quality.
